Outreach Engine
The compliant email follow-up, sent from your own account
What it is
A block that reaches out to your list for you, by email, from your own email account. It writes and sends the first message and the follow-ups, keeps accurate sender information, and gives every contact a clean opt-out. It connects to your base agent, so the moment someone replies they are captured, qualified and chased like any other lead.
Set up within a few days once your list and email access are ready.
Anyone with a list who wants the follow-up handled properly and consistently.
What you get
- ✓Email outreach set up for you, message by message
- ✓The first message plus a follow-up sequence
- ✓Accurate sender information and a clean opt-out in every message
- ✓Replies flow straight into your base agent and CRM
- ✓Built to stay on the right side of the rules
What it doesn't include
- ✕Email only. Cold WhatsApp messages, cold text messages and computer-placed cold calls are restricted by platform rules and by law, so we do not do them
- ✕The outreach goes out through your own email account. You are the sender
- ✕It needs a list to work on. If you do not have one, the Verified Prospect List is the block that builds it
- ✕No promise of replies, meetings or sales. Nobody can honestly promise those
Questions about Outreach Engine
Can it message people on WhatsApp?
No. Cold WhatsApp, cold text and computer-placed calls all need consent that you will not have, so we leave them out. Email is the channel that can be done properly.
Do I need a list already?
Yes. If you do not have one, the Verified Prospect List block builds it for you first.
Will it get my email domain in trouble?
It is built for compliant sending from your own account, with accurate sender details and an opt-out. We set it up carefully for that reason.
