How I Got Here
I'm a licensed real estate agent and the owner of Antigua Real Estate Development (ARD) — a bilingual agency helping expats and locals buy, sell, and rent property in Antigua Guatemala. I know the real estate business from the inside because I live it every day.
I run Birky Studio from a rural mountain town above Antigua, Guatemala. I built my first website for ARD in 2024. Clients saw it and started asking me to build theirs too. Then they asked if I could automate their follow-ups, their emails, their lead responses. So I learned how, and Birky Studio was born.
